We have selected a great range of products, all of which are drop-shipped straight to homes around the country from our suppliers.

Our aim was to create a clear and easy-to-navigate shopping and buying experience, so we hope you find our website quick and convenient to use. And because your privacy and security is of the utmost importance to us, we have used the leading security and payment facilities offered by the Shopify eCommerce platform to process data and transactions.

The following features will help make your shopping experience even easier.

- Home page link: You can get back to our home page at any time by clicking on the Indigo Octopus logo which appears in the header at the top of each page.

- Navigation: Every product has been allocated to a `Collection’, which can be found by scrolling down on the home page. Clicking on one of the Collections will take you to the list of products available under that category, whilst further selection of a product from the list will provide details of the item, the options available, and the price for each.

- Search box: The search box can always be found at the top right of the screen. You can search by product or brand name, key words such as the product type, or the unique SKU product code.

- Your basket: The number of items in your basket can always be seen in the header. To view the items you have added, simply click on the basket icon and this will show you the quantity, title and subtotal of each product you've put into your basket. You can amend your basket, and proceed to the secure checkout process from here.

Using Search
Our search engine works by checking your search term against all the product titles, product information and product codes currently on the website. It then shows products on the page that may match your query. The Search engine will also try to match your query with associated products - so a search for wheelchair will also show wheelchair accessories or products that may be useful to a wheelchair user.

If you can't find what you're looking for, try browsing through the Collections list.

Placing your order
Once you have found the items you would like to buy and added them to your basket, you can begin the checkout process by clicking on the icon at the top of the page.

Your Basket
From your basket you can go straight to checkout to pay for your goods and arrange delivery. You can also opt to set up an account with us so that you can retrieve your details easily on future orders. To do this you will be asked to set up a password to access your account.

If you have already registered on the Indigo Octopus website, simply click on `Log in’ and enter your email address and password.

When you are ready to complete your order, continue to follow the instructions on the screen, where you will be given the range of payment options. And once you have completed payment, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order.

If you have not received this email within 48 hours of placing your order, your products have not been delivered within four working days, or you have any other questions, then please contact us.
